Description:
Employee will be responsible for assisting in the day-to-day operations of equipment and understands production and quality practices. Part to most of the day the individuals will be working in a cleanroom environment, required to wear a cleanroom suit.
Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Working in a cleanroom class 100 fab - wearing cleanroom garments/suit required (supplied by company)
- Cleaning and handling of fragile parts
- Operating equipment - sputtering technology
- Occasional lifting up to 30 pounds
- Manual manipulation and assembly of small parts
- Monitor equipment and reports problems to the supervisor
- Packaging/Shipping in a cleanroom environment
- Assists in keeping surrounding areas safe, clean, and organized.
- Perform other tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Dependable, reliable, punctual, and available to work overtime if required
- Willingness to perform a variety of tasks across many areas
- Basic math skills
- Attention to detail
- Must be able to handle pressure and work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to communicate well with others and to be a team player
- Ability to follow directions, learn quickly, and work with minimal supervision
- Cleanroom experience a plus but not required
- Education: HS diploma or GED required at the min.
